2 Tbs canola oil
2 Tbs sliced fresh ginger
2 Tbs minced garlic
1 whole lobster, cut in 6 pieces
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 cup chicken stock
1 Tbs constarch
2 Tbs cold water
2 Tbs chopped green onion tops
In a heavy skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook lobster,
ginger and garlic 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and stock, cover and cook
8 – 10 minutes. Mix constarch and cold water to make a paste; stir in
to thicken. Toss in green onion.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
